Terms & Conditions

Before Booking an Appointment at Limit.less Hair

Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully before booking. By confirming your appointment, you agree to the following policies.

Booking Fees, Cancellations & No-Shows

  • A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure certain appointments.

  • This booking fee reserves your appointment time and is deducted from the final balance on the day of your service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the booking fee being retained by the salon.

  • Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice may transfer the booking fee once, at the salon’s discretion.

  • Hair extension booking fees are non-transferable and non-refundable due to preparation and stock allocation.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend (no-show), may be charged up to 100% of the total reserved service cost.

  • Where applicable, this may be taken from any pre-authorised payment or required before future bookings.

Full Payment in Advance

  • We reserve the right to request full payment in advance for certain services or clients.

  • Where full payment is taken, it is treated as a booking fee and will be retained in full in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

Future Bookings

  • Clients who cancel late or fail to attend may be required to pay in full in advance to secure future appointments.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in removal from online booking access.

Late Iness

Please contact the salon if you are running late.

  • We allow a short grace period where possible.

  • Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may result in the appointment being cancelled, and the above cancellation terms will apply.

Appointment Reminders

Appointment confirmations are sent as a courtesy:

  • Email: 5 days before

Please note it is your responsibility to attend appointments on time. Reminder messages do not override this policy.

Patch Testing

All new colour clients must attend a patch test at least 48 hours prior to their appointment. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.

Complaints & Feedback

Your satisfaction matters to us.

  • Any concerns must be raised before leaving the salon or as soon as possible after.

  • Complaints will be reviewed and responded to within 8 weeks.

  • If the hair has been altered by another salon, we are unable to offer rectification or resolution.

Limit.less Hair

 

 Competition  Terms & Conditions

 

 

1.Winner will be selected at random using a random comment generator on social media posts.

2.Winner will be selected at date/time given on post details or as near to as possible.

3.Winner must be able to visit limit.less hair for services, unless it is a product prize which is open to all UK entrants 

4. If winner is unable to visit Limit.less hair and forfeits prize another random comment generator would be done to give another person the chance to win. 

5.Winners will be annonoced via a facebook or instagram post they have been selected as a winner, the winner then must contact Limit.less hair  within 2 weeks to claim their prize.

6.Gift Voucher prizes are limited to be used on services within Limit.less hair and have no Cash Value.

7. No purchase is needed to enter competition.

8.Redeem your prize by booking a appointment at Limit.less hair  and presenting your voucher.

 

9. Competitions are limited to one entry per person unless otherwise stated.

10. Prizes cannot be exchanged for alternatives and have no cash value.
