This Returns & Refunds Policy applies solely to products purchased through the Limit.less Hair Co. online store.

It does not apply to:

  • Salon services or treatments

  • Hair extension fittings, maintenance or removals

  • Consultations

  • In-salon retail purchases

  • Training courses, education, or digital services

Separate policies apply to services and training.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Limit.less Hair Co. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please read our returns policy below.

This policy applies to all online purchases made through our website.

Change of Mind Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of notifying us

Please note:

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty:

  • Hair extensions (once packaging or seals have been opened)

  • Hair products (shampoos, conditioners, treatments, styling products)

  • Brushes, tools, or accessories that have been used

  • Gift cards or digital products

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo or video showing the issue

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund (including standard delivery costs)

Incorrect Items

If you receive an item you did not order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover any return postage costs.

  • Reason for return

Please wait for confirmation before sending any items back.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect
