Returns

We have a 28-day return policy, unfortunately if 28 days have gone by since purchase, we can not offer a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the address and instructions for postage. The cost of shipping will be covered by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note if you receive a refund, the cost of our shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

DISCLAIMER 

Although our items are packaged with all efforts to make sure the product is delivered to you with no damage. We will only refund or replace items where the damage is excessive. 

 

Limitless is not liable for any leaks, spillages or potential damage caused by our products  while in use. All purchases made via our website are for personal use only. Any form of re-selling without our prior consent is strictly prohibited.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Any item which is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item not purchased at full price i.e. discounted price

Items returned later than 28 days after delivery

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
