Hey, I’m Karyn, and I know exactly what it’s like to feel unsure when stepping into the

world of hair extensions. My journey started after a haircut disaster—a super short

graduated bob that I instantly regretted. I decided to try hair extensions, and the

confidence boost they gave me was life-changing! With a background in

hairdressing, I realised I wanted to help others feel that same way.

I jumped straight into training, completing a course covering three methods in just

one day. It was overwhelming, but I threw myself into researching the best suppliers

and techniques. When I did my very first set of extensions, I was terrified—my hands

were shaking, and I even had loose change in my pocket that was rattling with

nerves! But with practice and dedication, I improved, built my confidence, and

grew my business.

Why I Started Training

When I opened my salon, I hired my first employee, Megan. She had trained with the

same company I did but lacked confidence in applying extensions. I took her under

my wing, focusing on one method at a time to build her skills properly. Watching her
